In our clinic, we take pride in educating our patients in all aspects of lifestyle, especially exercise. Our patients with whatever background and health condition, will be assigned a specific personal trainer to help educate them how to exercise properly with their specific abilities, age or health condition. ½ an hour, three times a week for a month is normally sufficient enough to train someone to comfortably do proper exercises for lifetime.
In order to help them achieve the maximum results and avoid injuries, one needs to take the time to address this whether the patient is a body builder or have never worked out in his/her life.
We make it gentle, personalized and take the time to make sure they know how to workout properly after they are done with the personal trainers so they can continue to do the right thing from now on.
